Product Durability

We involve the following methods as written in our SOPs which are used in all of our projects. We ensure only to use the best construction material to produce a sturdy and durable product.

Preliminary Work

Preliminary work, mapping and land measurement are carried out using theodolite to measure the zero point accuracy of the building floor and the elevation which later be used in the initial work.

Earth and Sand Construction

The foundations which we use are split stone foundations and foot foundations for buildings with 2 floors and above.

Installation Work

Our wall pair construction uses only red brick wall, which are sturdy and resistant to fire.

Flooring 

Our floor work use a laser equipment and technology for the levelling stage of installation and with a team of craftsmen who are expert in their fields with only using the best materials.

Electrical Installation

Our electrical work only use certified and experienced workers. We only use electrical pipes for installation to minimize fire accidents.

Closing Work

The handover process goes through several stages including final checklist, material control and final work progress. We also provide our After Sales Service for your satisfaction.
